1. Program Description
007 Credit Agent ("we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging program (the "Program") that sends recurring informational and customer-care text messages to individuals who opt in. Messages may include confirmation that you submitted your information, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups related to your inquiry.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in (checking the SMS consent box on our form and providing your mobile number), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from 007 Credit Agent at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all messages.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages from us.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

The mobile information and phone numbers you provide for this Program will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the Program, and only as needed to deliver the service. 9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number provided, and be at least 18 years old.
